The residence of Lillian, Mathilda and Raetha, Papan is an island situated in southern Megam. It is famous for the ruins of temples dedicated to both the Dragons and older religions that flourished in Megam prior to the earthquake and tidal wave that split the land apart. There is a large convent and temple stationed there. It is a favourite spot for pilgrams, because of its idylic nature.
The mysterious medium Sister Ruth was moved to Papan from Lucre to act as a weather forecaster after her power began to slide in her old age.
