Daisy, the earthy and friendly eldest child of a large farming family, joined the military of Hanalan when she was fourteen to support them. Shortly after she was chosen to escort Princess Kelita to Lucre on pilgrammage, her family fell ill and all died. Since, Daisy has been re-evaluating her place in the world.

Daisy is the first of seven children to a family of farmers in Hanalan.
As the family grew, it became increasingly difficult for her parents to feed and look after their children, and Daisy took upon herself the role of a second mother, always looking after her brothers as well as the house. When she turned 15, she left the farm to enlist in the army and help pay for the family's expenses with her earnings, and made it her goal to become an outstanding knight to do her family proud.
Daisy doesn't have much combat experience, but is extremely hard-working, eager to learn and improve. She was more often than not taken advantage of because of that, and given jobs such as cooking, cleaning and tending to the animals, but didn't seem to mind much, taking more pleasure in doing that kind of work than actual military training.
She was recently assigned the mission of accompanying Princess Kelita on her pilgrimage, and is quite ecstatic about it, if not a bit anxious. She's also taken quite a liking towards Prince Finlay, since he reminds her of her own siblings, and tends to act like a big sister towards him and the princess.
Her whole family died of illness while she was away on her journey.
[edit] Personality
The only girl among her siblings, Daisy was never exactly a perfect example of what a lady should act like, and is a tomboy for the most part. Having lived in the country most her life, she has no clue how to act around nobility or in most social situations that require a bit of... refinement, and will often make inappropriate comments at inappropriate times (...and mostly with inappropriate content to boot).
She often seems like she doesn't mind, but deep inside she feels silly and insecure about her behaviour, and quite out of place. Regardless, she keeps an upbeat attitude, and tends to bottle up any bad emotions.
After the death of her family, Daisy's begun to take things a bit more seriously, and seems to have matured considerably, though she's still a fun-loving girl at heart. The tragic event also brought her and her knight companion Nathan closer together, and she seems to be developing feelings for him, whereas he remains delightfully oblivious.

- Nathan, a fellow knight for whom she is developing feelings that are decidedly not platonic. Enjoys teasing him due to his strict and serious nature.
- Kelita, the Princess of Hanalan, whom she is charged with protecting on a pilgrimage to Lucre.
- Finlay, the Crown Prince of Hanalan, whom she gets along with splendidly due to their mutual love of pranks and teasing Nathan.
- Annie, who weirded her out at first but has come to be considered a friend with whom she plans to meet with and perhaps travel with in the future.
- Eri, a friend she plans to meet upon her return to Hanalan.
- Hart, a pervert she is often at odds with since he recently joined their party.

Daisy's around 5'5" in stature and slender, although stronger than she may seem for having done orchard work most of her life. She has chin length fire red hair and reddish-brown eyes, and a slight tan from working in the sun a lot of the time. She mostly dresses in vivid colors such as red and yellow.
