Colndor

Colndor is a major port city located on the western coast of Kanemoria. In its prime, it was a proud city, serving as a go-between for the Riverlands and the rest of Dentoria proper. Razed during the Kanemoria War of Independence, Colndor never truly recovered its losses, and while it has retained its role as the primary port city serving the capital, the city itself has spiraled into a wretched cesspool of crime and debauchery. It is said that there are more pirates docking in Colndor than honest sailors on any given day. There is a signficant movement among the Norey upper class to abandon the city altogether and adopt or found a new port to suit its needs.

There are a few refuges to be found within the city; some businesses employ their own "law enforcement" to successful ends, and there is a single temple within the city, admittedly run by a man of ... questionable moral fiber.

The city of Colndor has had no stable governance for years; the last man to call himself its Governor was assassinated with no heirs. Since, the Governor's Manse in the city has fallen into disrepair, and all who have been appointed the position have resigned or been assassinated too soon into their term to be of any note. Currently, it is official policy that the City of Colndor looks directly to Norey for governance, making King Reuben its apparent Governor as well as overreaching sovereign. (Not that he has shown any interest or care for the position.)
